Beyond Bungalows

The room felt like my own little space, with a soft, pleasant scent and a really comfortable bed. Everyone on staff was friendly, too. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, or roughly 5 minutes by Grab. I left feeling relaxed and happy with my stay, and would gladly come back.

Fendi, Tobey, and the rest of the team made this stay especially welcoming. They were thoughtful, helpful, and so friendly throughout. Beyond Bungalows is well looked after, with roomy rooms and a nice pool area with a good atmosphere. The rooms were cleaned every day. I’d recommend it for either a short visit or a longer stay.

We loved having a shared kitchen, and the water dispenser meant we could refill without plastic bottles. There are also loads of good restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We tried to stay longer, but they were booked, so we’ll be back. The room was cute, clean, and nicely set up, and the staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. The toilet and shower are private, attached to the room but outdoors, which felt lovely and secluded. A few lazy mosquitoes hover around there, so keep an eye out. They didn’t bother us much, even though I usually attract them.

Toby, Fendi, and Widi were wonderful with our kids and made the stay feel special. They took time to chat and answer all our questions, and were just so kind and accommodating. We had the best time at Beyond Bungalows and highly recommend it.
