The nearby work is the major downside. It's extremely noisy, and you could be woken at any hour, day or night. The shower water supply also had occasional problems. Still, the welcome was excellent. It's good value for money as a homestay, with a great location, scooter rental on site, tasty breakfast, daily room cleaning, laundry service, and staff who were always available. Thanks for the warm reception.

We came back three times after short trips around the island, and Ayua kept our luggage safe between stays. When I was injured, Ayua at reception and the rest of the staff were helpful, bringing what I needed and even delivering breakfast to my room on the second floor. The hotel is fairly new, with a pool and good rooms. We had a twin room for 500,000 rupees. The price and location in Changuu Bali were good, with shops, restaurants, and a surf beach nearby. I highly recommend it.

The pool was disappointing. It didn't look like the photos, felt more like a pond, and had nowhere to sit if you wanted a pool day, which was one reason we booked. On the plus side, the location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, too. They even had gluten-free pancakes, a welcome change from the usual fruit bowls, and the first gluten-free breakfast option I've come across at a hotel.

We ended up at Kecik Inn at the last minute after our Airbnb cancelled, and the staff made it easy for us, even though we arrived late at night. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. The rooms were super clean, they cleaned them daily, and the AC worked so well. The pool was beautiful and cold, in a refreshing way, and the staff helped with anything we needed. The bed was one of the comfiest we've had in Asia. Echo Beach is less than a five-minute walk away, with lots of restaurants and shops close by. We'd recommend it to anyone!
