Please remember that people live around this villa and aren't all on holiday. We've had to put up with extremely loud music from the property after 10 PM, sometimes continuing until 4 AM. It's become unbearable. If it happens again, I'll contact the police directly instead of reporting it to the owners or security. Owners and management, having rules only matters if you enforce them. It's your responsibility to make sure guests follow them, however difficult or inconsiderate they may be. Ignoring that responsibility shows no respect for the surrounding community.

Maulana Aditya made a real difference with his kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. We felt genuinely looked after, and the staff's warmth and hospitality made the whole visit special. The villa itself was beautiful, peaceful, full of charm, and well maintained. The villa's design and facilities were out of this world, especially the rooftop. I stayed at the “beyond the palms” villa with my family in summer, and the butlers and security guard made the experience so much better with their kindness and wonderful hospitality. We had such a comfortable stay. They even gave us farewell water bottles with the villa logo on them. Highly recommend for families visiting Bali for the first time.
