We booked this for the end of our stay so some friends and I could share a villa and unwind. Instead, we found a string of problems. None of the showers had pressure or hot water. Only half the ceiling fans worked, and about a third of the light bulbs were blown. There were leaves in the pool even after the cleaners came, all the pool jets were blocked, and the sun loungers were stained from sun exposure. The barbecue was rusty. The bathroom and fittings were old and tired, and some toilet roll holders were broken. There was mould on the outside walls, which didn’t look like a Balinese jungle theme. Old cables and broken speakers and DVD players sat uselessly on the shelves. One of the bikes we rented was almost out of air. I sent them the exact list, and they thanked me for my support, but the only action was painters coming to paint the exterior walls. I was told the owner is trying to sell, so I expect he doesn’t want to spend anything on the place or helpers. Go somewhere else for the same price!!

Our family of seven was very comfortable here. The private garden and pool were perfect, and the beds and rooms were comfortable and very well serviced. It’s in a small development with only three villas, in a quieter part of Canggu. Bali is lovely, and it was great being close to activities and cafés while still having a peaceful area to come back to.

The service was excellent and helpful, the villas are good, with several levels, a small yard, and a pool. The restaurants nearby were close to perfect. The road to the property could use some work, and the constant construction around it was annoying. In a couple of years, this place will be in the middle of a booming tourist city.

The service was exceptional, and the accommodation very comfortable, with large rooms, a pool, and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Shops are close by, and it’s in a quieter part of Bali.

Everything was as we expected, and the house was clean. We spent a full week here and found the staff really kind and helpful. The location is great, with pretty much everything just a short walk away. I'd stay again.
