Rimbun Canggu Villa

I stayed for a couple of days and would recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a really nice central spot in Canggu, with lots of good places to eat.

The traditional Balinese style gives Rimbun Canggu Villa a warm, authentic feel, quite different from the modern villas you usually see in Bali. It's in a quiet part of Canggu, so it feels like a peaceful hideaway, but good food spots, a mini mart, and wellness studios are still nearby.

The rooms were large and clean, and there were units available for a last-minute booking, which was helpful. The location is good too, about 5-8 minutes to the beach by car, around 2km. You can hear nearby villa guests, though, since the units are close together. I booked the two-bedroom villa, but it felt too open to me, more like a bedroom with open space than a villa. Other guests could walk around my villa, as it's the first thing you see when entering the villa area. The staff were just okay and didn't explain much. If you're driving, be aware there's no parking and the road is very narrow.

The shower looked nice, but the photos made the place seem like something else. We booked four nights and left after one. The so-called private villa was only about 1 meter from the next one, where other people were having a party. There was a two-hour power outage, the sheets were dirty, and the AC remote didn't work. There were also so many cats, and they wouldn't leave us alone.
