We spent four days and three nights here, and the breakfast was so good, don’t skip it. One thing to consider when booking is the room location: restaurants on the main road stay open until around 2:00 AM, so higher floors away from the street may suit light sleepers or early risers better. The water was exceptionally clean, with strong pressure and plenty of hot water. We didn’t need the travel shower head we brought, and the showers alone would make me want to return. Our room was ready by noon, and we got a late checkout until 2:00 PM. The property is brand new and modern, and the staff were warm every time we passed through the lobby, including the security guards. We enjoyed Flow Yoga, Morning Cycling, Aqua-Aerobics, and the Neighborhood Walk. Thanks especially to Krisna for giving my husband a memorable yoga experience. Urip led the Aqua-Aerobics and Neighborhood Walk with patience, and shared insightful things about Balinese customs and culture. He felt like a friend, and is very kind and gentle. Thanks as well to "Yoga" from housekeeping. Our water bottles were replenished, the bed was made, and even water marks on the shower head had been wiped dry each time we returned. These were some of our most beautiful days in Bali. The place was wonderful, and we highly recommend it.

We picked this for the first stop of our Bali honeymoon, and it made a wonderful first impression. The hotel is clean, distinctive, and full of character, while the area around it is lively and energetic. It can look a little chaotic at first, but with security always around, we felt completely safe. Everything we needed was within walking distance, so it was a great base for exploring Canggu. We’d love to come back.

I only had one night at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu, but it was memorable. The place feels comfortable, the facilities are well maintained, and the service was excellent. As a fellow hotelier, I noticed the care the team puts into the guest experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Dinda deserves a special thanks for her professional, genuinely kind welcome and for making me feel looked after from the moment I arrived. I wish I could have stayed longer, and hope to return. Highly recommended! ❤️🙏

Our group of eight was well looked after, and the waitresses stayed attentive without showing any sign of annoyance. At breakfast there was a good range at the buffet, plus à la carte choices, and even the chef checked whether everything was up to standard. Prices seemed reasonable for a five-star hotel. The kids had a great time at the kids club, where Anisa and Raras were friendly and remembered their names. We stopped in for an hour after breakfast each day. Reception and concierge were consistently polite and welcoming, and quickly brought the extra bin and luggage rack I asked for. The rooms are small compared with some of Asia’s more spacious hotels, though that wasn’t a problem for us, and a suite would be larger. The bathroom takes some coordination: it’s see-through unless you close the sliding door, which then blocks access to the wardrobe, sink, toilet, and shower. Thanks again for a blissful stay.

Y’all, the entrees are buy one, get one free at lunch and dinner! The food was amazing and tasted clean, and the prices were so good. Ayu Surya and Gungde were incredibly kind to us, and the service was out of this world. I loved it here and would come back 10000/10. You can’t beat the price, service, and taste.
