The staff made our stay at The Arki Villa feel complete. We had lots of places to sit, lovely bedrooms, and especially good beds. The villa also came with everything we needed, including a full kitchen. A wonderful base in the Canggu area, highly recommended.

We booked this Villa at the last minute after the place we'd first chosen didn't suit us, and it turned out to be a lovely surprise. It was clean and well maintained, and the kids had a great time in the pool. The center is close by, and the cleaning service came every day.

We stayed at the Arki villa for three nights and had a great time. The bedroom was comfortable, and I could relax watching Netflix or YouTube there. The whole villa was spacious and beautifully designed, with clean sheets and sofas. I didn't find any insects, dust, or hair anywhere, and it was cleaned daily. Adi, Desak, and the cleaner were friendly and always around to help. Pepito supermarket, Frestive supermarket, a gym, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

The area was peaceful, and everything was within walking distance from the villa. Inside, it matched the photos and felt very spacious. There was a projector in the bedroom that you could connect to an iPad or laptop. I only wish breakfast were available.

⚠️ BEWARE: Horrible Refund Policy! ⚠️ I had a terrible experience at The Arki Villa and would urge people to think carefully before booking. I had reserved seven nights, but the excessive noise made it impossible to sleep, so I left after the first night. The hotel agreed to refund the other six nights, but getting that refund was a nightmare. 🚨 PayPal Was the Only Refund Option They wouldn't send the money back to my original payment method and offered only PayPal, even after I explained I didn't have an account. I had to create one to get my money back. 💰 Currency Conversion Cost Me Money We had agreed on the refund in IDR, but they processed it in USD without warning. As an Australian resident, I lost money when IDR was converted to USD, then again when PayPal converted USD to AUD. PayPal also charged a large processing fee, reducing what I received further. ⏳ My Money Was Held for 21 Days PayPal kept the refund on hold for 21 days before I could access it. The whole process was frustrating and costly, and could have been avoided if the hotel had refunded me properly. If you book here and need a refund, be ready to lose money and wait weeks to get it back. STAY ELSEWHERE unless you're willing to risk the same kind of nightmare! 🚨
