I stayed at The Polle for a month. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were new and cleaned daily. The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, clubs, the gym and a shortcut. Most of all, it was really nice and quiet.

The staff really showed up for us when we were staying through the flood that was all over the news. They helped move things and got everything cleaned as though nothing had happened. I was there on my own for almost a month, and that kind of kindness and hard work made a big impression. Bali's sense of community is something else. Thank you to everyone who looked after us. The room still had that new smell when I first came in. I slept well on the plush king bed, and the shower was roomy with hot water. They cleaned daily. Downstairs there’s a kitchen and seating area, plus a pool, and each room has a fridge on the balcony for your own food.

A really peaceful spot to unwind. The pool is lovely, with greenery all around it, and my room felt cozy, clean, and nicely put together. I especially liked the little towel decorations. Such a lovely guesthouse, I'd happily recommend it.

Everything felt new, including the furniture, and the rooms were clean. The location in the heart of Changgu was perfect, with everything close by. I really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

I really liked my two weeks here. It was comfortable and very nice, and the staff were so attentive. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to.
