The Retreat at Kharista by Ekosistem

I won't stay here again. We've been to Bali once or twice a year and stayed in plenty of places, and there are better options. The location by a busy street means traffic noise all day, and after my first night I was worried I wouldn't sleep. I expected a peaceful place, but it felt far from tranquil. Breakfast was very poor and limited. After the first one, I also found out you couldn't get another coffee or juice without paying, which seemed crazy. I recommend BK Village umalas seminyak for these reasons. We don't regret not staying there for these two nights.

My whole family had an unbelievable time at Kharista Villas and Resorts. Every part of the team went beyond what we expected, and everyone made us feel especially welcome. Thank you all for making the stay so special. I'll choose this as my next place to stay when I'm back in Bali. They deserve a 7 Star rating!

My wife mentioned to the staff that my birthday was coming up, and they surprised us by bringing a cake to our room and decorating the bed with a lovely "Happy Birthday" setup. It was unexpected and made the day feel extra special. The staff were attentive, polite, and humble throughout, with a real warmth that made the stay feel personal. We had a very positive experience and would recommend the hotel for its service and welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely come back.

This was our first hotel in Bali, and the care from the staff made us feel looked after all three days. Our driver waited at the airport for an hour and a half, then drove nearly two more hours to the hotel. We were really touched, and everyone at the hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, the pool was clean too, and both the breakfast and juice were delicious. They thoughtfully helped us with mosquito repellent each day. It's also convenient, with a supermarket, 24-hour convenience stores, and ATMs nearby. We'll recommend the hotel to our friends.
