The pool was lovely and refreshing, even though it gets quite hot sitting out in the sun all day. Most places are walkable, though renting a scooter from the owner, for 60 to 150k Rupiah a day, made things easier. We stayed eight nights in this guest house with 14 rooms, and it seemed to suit people staying longer and working from here. There’s a shared kitchen and fridge, but the fridge was a bit crowded by the longer-stay guests; four rooms do come with their own mini-fridge. Our room was clean, had AC, a tidy bathroom, and a cupboard with drawers and hanging space. Everyone on staff was kind and friendly. We had a really good stay and highly recommend it.

There’s lots of wildlife and a view over the rice fields, plus covered parking for scooters. The place is peaceful and quiet but close to the main shops, and I had a great time. The bathroom could have been cleaner, though. Really recommend it.

We enjoyed staying here, and the pool was nice. Breakfast isn’t really available unless you ask the night before, so they can go to the market. Room cleaning could be more frequent: ours was cleaned only once during our five-day stay.

PB Canguu Homestay is a quiet, comfortable place, and the price is cheap. The staff are polite, kind, and very helpful. Rooms can have a private bathroom, a fridge with a freezer, and AC. There’s also a shared pool, garden with banana trees, and kitchen, and you can rent a motorbike.

The owner was really helpful and did a lot for us. The location is great, and the rooms were clean and quiet. Nice pool too.
