The location in Canggu is excellent, though there aren't many shops right nearby. The rooms were clean, the AC was powerful, and the hosts were very friendly and flexible while giving us privacy. The bathroom is simple but has everything you need.

For such a cheap rate, having a comfortable mattress and proper blankets was pretty nice, and the owner was friendly. The floor in the bathroom had a lot of limescale, but there wasn't any mold. It puts you right in the middle of the city, and the accommodation wasn't nearly as bad as the Google reviews made it sound.

The bed was comfortable, the sheets and main room floor were clean, and at 200k that would make it five stars for me. The towels, though, were dirty. The bathroom floor is mossy and needs a serious scrub with a wire wool brush. I had to wear flip-flops. The bathroom also smelled of urine after the cat got in and peed on the shower wall following the cleaning. It hadn't been cleaned properly, so I used disinfectant bathroom cleaner myself. At 200k I'd give it five stars if those things were fixed. Also, the club's music is so loud it ruins guests' sleep, and they don't have a licence for it.

There's no staff around, just a key left in the door. My only towel was stained, and there was dirt and sand everywhere. Bugs crawled on the walls and in the bed, and the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. It was cheap, but an absolute nightmare. Avoid it at all costs.
