The restaurant is beautiful and really pleasant, and I love the pool too. The food tastes great, and the decor makes such an impression that my friends are amazed when I show them photos or the place on video calls. Even the restaurant staff remember what coffee I drink when I come in. This is my third visit, and I know I'll return again. It's one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotels in Bali, from all the places I've visited here. The location is very good and it's a wonderful place to rest. Huge credit to the team: Manager Rina keeps the standard high, Adi and Novi at the restaurant are real professionals, and Hari and Surya take care of the rooms as if they were preparing them for their own family. Everyone else on the team is fantastic too, even though I can't name them all. The care here feels personal and comes from the heart. That's what makes you feel at home.

The room looked nothing like the online photos, and the condition was nowhere near acceptable. There was visible bathroom mold, stained walls, dirty windows, and clear signs that it hadn't been maintained. The damp and mold made it feel unhealthy, particularly for anyone with breathing problems. We couldn't stay for safety reasons and left right after seeing the room. We told the staff, but they offered no real solution and refused our refund request despite the clear evidence that the place wasn't as advertised. This was one of my most disappointing hotel stays. I strongly advise future guests to think twice about booking. The conditions simply weren't suitable for accommodation.

The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's close to entertainment spots and exotic Canggu Beach. Mrs. Rina was lovely and helped a lot by taking care of my requests.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Umpadhi Hotel Canggu is also easy to reach, with many attractions nearby. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

A good choice for a couples' getaway, or a double getaway with friends. It's a quiet location, with coffee shops and minimarkets fairly close by. There's also a restaurant on the second floor with a great view.
