Breakfast was amazing every morning, and the service was wonderful. The villa is in a lovely part of Canggu, close to everything. But over our six days, the lounge AC never worked, the water pump broke and left us without water twice, and the power went out twice. The AC in the main bedroom also stopped working and had to be repaired.

The staff were pleasant when I raised these problems, but nothing got resolved. We had to stop using the only downstairs bathroom because the sewerage smell was so foul, and I blocked the master bedroom doors with towels as best I could to keep the smell out. The mould smell hits you as soon as you enter, and the master bedroom and bathroom reeked of sewerage. The kitchen was mouldy and unclean, so we gave up on our plans to cook. The sheets had holes, and the towels were mould stained and musty. Breakfast was nice, but late every day, by an hour on the last day. The listing says there’s a washing machine, but guests can’t use it. Two of the three indoor lounge seats were broken, and when I pointed it out, staff just moved the throw pillows. The outdoor area was lovely but short on seating, with only two loungers for a home that sleeps up to six. The pool stopped pumping on the second last day. I didn’t report it because they don’t care. This place has so much potential, but it’s being completely mismanaged.

A great spot for a family holiday, close to Old Man's and The Lawn. It can fit six people, and the staff made delicious breakfast.

A very good villa in a good location. The staff even did our laundry for free.
