For a hotel that’s among the most budget friendly in the area, there are some serious downsides. The room was old, dim, and had visible cracks in every corner, plus mosquitoes inside. In the evening the water pressure was so poor that showering wasn’t possible, and there was no water heater or in-room phone to reach the front desk. If you have a complaint, you have to walk there yourself. Parking is limited too.

We only stayed one day, looking for a private place to get some rest. The hotel isn’t right on the beach, though there are a few options a short walk away. The room seemed past its best, with a lot of dust and worn paint. I heard it was built in 2013. Service was pretty good, and they let us stay a little past checkout when we asked.

I booked a ground-floor room with a pool view so it would be easy to get to the swimming pool, but the door was locked by the owner. That was a stupid idea. It felt like being in jail, with a door straight to the pool that we couldn’t use. You should learn from other hotels that provide direct pool access. Please make your guests comfortable with your service.

It’s within walking distance of Carita beach and easy to spot from outside. The hotel wasn’t very clean, and the water flow was weak, making it hard to shower. After checking in, I found two problems: the TV remote didn’t work, and water kept dripping from the ceiling. The phone couldn’t connect to the front office, so I had to go downstairs to report it.
