My bungalow had a breathtaking ocean view, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location felt peaceful while still being well connected, and the staff were always happy to sort out transfers or excursions, so everything ran smoothly and without stress. The welcome was warm from the first moment, and the service stayed excellent throughout. I really felt cared for and pampered. Food quality was very good, and breakfast was generous and satisfying. It's also a lovely place for happy hour or an aperitivo, watching the sun go down over the ocean. We had a beautiful stay and would definitely come back.

We loved falling asleep to the sound of waves, with scooters, the restaurant, and day trips all easy to get to. The views were incredible, the food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at The Palms and highly recommend it.

The rooms are simple but comfortable, with big bathrooms and comfy beds. I loved the little flower arrangement they put together for our honeymoon. Breakfast was included, and the banana pancakes and smoothie bowl were delicious. Jordan greeted us and went above and beyond to keep us happy and comfortable throughout our stay, helping with scooter hire, food, surfboard rental, and even books. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, with direct beach access, an infinity pool, and amazing ocean and sunset views. I'd highly recommend The Palms to anyone visiting Cenigan.

Jordan and the rest of the crew were outstanding and super friendly. The hotel arranged transport there and back with Rocky Fast Cruise, and everything went smoothly. They even booked us a snorkeling trip to Nusa Penida the night before. Our guide was incredibly professional, and we felt safe all day. We loved watching the sunset and sea from the cozy infinity pool. The concept is amazing, and the food was delicious, fresh, and varied. Prices were fair and good value, keeping in mind that it's an island. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

We looked forward to every meal. The food was consistently fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, and the staff were brilliant, friendly, alert, and always happy to help. The Palms Ceningan is beautifully set up and cared for, in a stunning location. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully done, with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and it was clear they cared about our experience. We really enjoyed our time and hope to return. I'd definitely recommend The Palms to anyone heading to Nusa Ceningan.
