The view is beautiful, but the hotel seemed abandoned. There was a lot of broken glass around, so wear sturdy shoes.

We only stayed for two nights and I really wish it had been longer. The view from every room is incredible, and the staff were as kind and accommodating as anyone could be. I was very impressed and didn’t want to leave. In my opinion, it’s the best place to stay on the island, with an unbeatable view. There were a couple of snags: the water went off in the middle of the night, and the AC in one room could have been colder. I’m not sure what the terrible reviews are about. Maybe some people expect a five-star resort. Don’t go in expecting that and you might be pleasantly surprised. I’d recommend staying here!

The beach was completely empty in the morning, though the current was too strong for swimming. There’s a nice pool instead. The rooms are fantastic and have a stunning view. It’s a great place to spend a few days in paradise, far from the noisy harbor.

The scooter ride to the hotel was an adventure by itself, and the hotel even made sure we had an escort from the boat. The staff were wonderful, and I made lifelong friends with some of them. There was free Wi-Fi and a bar that was open and thoughtful toward its guests. I wasn’t on my honeymoon, but I’d definitely recommend it to newlyweds. I’ll be back for sure.

It felt wonderfully secluded and private, tucked into a corner of Ceningan island beside the beach called secret beach. The villa has a huge, two-storey room facing the water, so waking up to that view was a dream. At night you can even hear the ocean breeze. Swimming at high tide can be ridiculously dangerous, though, so be careful. You’ll need to rent a scooter to get there, which costs around 100K. Visitors who aren’t staying at the villa have to pay 30K to enter the beach. Such a beautiful hidden gem.
