Atmosfer Guest House Sentul by Ruang Nyaman

For what the room costs, this Guest House was more than I expected.

A good room for a meeting.

Good.

This felt like a scam, and I believe we were deceived. After we arrived, we called from outside the hotel and asked to pay there, but they said payment had to be online, so we booked through Traveloka. We waited outside, then were told it was the wrong place, even though the name and map matched. The contact sent us a shareloc for another place. When we followed it, we ended up in a dark, quiet area with nobody around. They said that was wrong too and sent another shareloc. We didn't dare follow it because the pin had moved and was still incorrect. We were afraid it might be a robbery or something similar. We reported it to Traveloka, but they couldn't help and said the booking hadn't been approved by the hotel. They also claimed the hotel was suitable, even though there wasn't a hotel there. It was clearly a scam to us. Friends, be careful about going to this hotel or using other service apps. Traveloka can't guarantee that a place is genuine or that a customer's location is safe. Please be careful.
