The venue itself is lovely and has a good view, but the event was a very disappointing experience. My company booked a public event here because we thought it was one of the best hotels in the Cibubur area. We believed the timing had been confirmed to meet our needs. A few days before the event, after we had paid half, the hotel told us it had the wrong time. Since the event had already been widely advertised, we couldn’t change the venue or schedule. They offered five complimentary nights on the day, but still didn’t try to work around our timing. We had to finish an hour early, and the offer came too late for us to use the nights. There was another serious mistake with the coffee break. The food wasn’t served at the agreed time, and staff only told us after the event was over, while we were packing up to leave. They didn’t apologize, acknowledge the mistake, or try to fix it.

The breakfast is a real highlight. The food is consistently good, and Bella and the rest of the staff make a difference, so I’d include breakfast with the booking. The massage service is worth considering too. Service was excellent, everything was clean, and the facilities were great for the price. The restaurant is probably the best part.

The room was clean and comfortable, and honestly better than I expected at that price. The whole hotel felt cozy and laid-back. Mr. Raihan and Sandy at the Front Office were especially helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Thanks for the great hospitality and support. I’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, with both local and international dishes, and everything I tried tasted good. Chalsea and Intan were warm, attentive, and quick to help, always with a smile. The cozy, stylish atmosphere made the meal feel relaxed too. I really enjoyed it and would come back.
