The location is pretty convenient, but getting there was confusing. Google Maps took me to a hospital, and I wondered if RedDoorz owned one. It doesn't. The place is in an alley beside Alfamart. It turns out its name is Oyo, while RedDoorz is listed as "Near Dr. Hafiz Cianjur Hospital." That part is true. I was already uneasy before going to bed because the wall sign said motorbikes must be double-locked and management wouldn't be responsible if one went missing. Another sign below said someone had been lost. Even with staff guarding the area, those notices were disturbing and kept us awake. If something gets stolen, management should take responsibility instead of washing their hands of it. The room looked fairly clean at first, but the bathroom bin had used sanitary napkins in it. I was disgusted and uncomfortable. When I used the toilet, water sprayed, and it smelled like water that hadn't been flushed in a long time. The bathroom also seemed visible from above while showering, which felt very uncomfortable. I'd suggest keeping the bathroom mirror firmly closed. I checked the mattress and pillows out of curiosity and found hair and lipstick marks on the pillowcase. I suspect the staff hadn't changed the sheets. The next guest's sheets should be changed as soon as someone checks out, as other places do. I didn't take a photo of the used sanitary napkins because I was disgusted, but I did photograph the lipstick stain. If it hadn't been so late and I hadn't been pressed for time, I probably wouldn't have stayed at this RedDoorz. I hope management improves things, especially since the location is strategic.
