We reached the hotel after traveling a long way, and found other guests arriving at the same time with the same problem. The cheap rates shown on Booking.com seemed to disappear once we got there: they said those rooms were no longer available and offered rooms at twice the price. Even with a booking, they declined my card. They’re liars. I totally don’t recommend this place. Stay away!

For my first holiday in Cianjur, I found hotel prices on online travel sites surprisingly high. Even one-star places were over 400,000, and the room quality looked really disappointing. In Bali, 400,000 can get you a four-star hotel. This place felt like the best hotel in Cianjur to me, with a fair price, good quality, and a good location. I love it.

The accommodations were really nice and the price was cheap. It was quiet when we arrived, probably because not many people were staying there during the pandemic.

A comfy, pleasant place to stay for the price. Seems well suited to backpackers 👌👌

Cockroaches, an extra charge, and poor service. I won't come back.
