RedDoorz Syariah Near Tugu Pandanwangi Cianjur

I was traveling toward Cianjur with my younger sibling, on our way to South Cianjur after dawn, and booked a room on the spot. We left suddenly and got there at 12:30 AM. The guard was already asleep. When I tried to check in with my younger sibling, he stopped us, saying it was RedDoorz Syariah. I argued that we weren't married and showed our IDs with the same address, but he still refused because we were single and they hadn't previously allowed siblings of different genders to stay together. After a long debate, they asked to keep our family card as collateral. That seemed very strange to me. What are RedDoorz Syariah's standard procedures? Are fathers and daughters, mothers and sons, or siblings of different genders not allowed to stay overnight? I was really upset. We only booked as a transit stop and were leaving at 5:30 AM the next morning. I was nearly denied a room because I was sharing it with my younger sibling of the opposite gender, not a partner.

The room was spacious, but the toilet was really cramped. It was noisy at night too, since the place is connected to a boarding house. Check-in was a pretty bad experience: even though I had my child with me, I was asked to show my ID as proof of marriage. The guard was rude. Logically, if I had bad intentions, why would I bring my child?

The room is spacious, but the facilities are below standard, there are lots of fines, and you're not allowed to leave after 10:00 PM. I came to Cianjur for work and wanted to make the most of my stay. I was thinking about Reddorz and having to go back soon, but I won't stay here again.

The rate felt fair, and late-night check-in was possible. The guard stays near the gate, so you can call out to get it opened.
