The mountain scenery goes all the way around, and there's a nice mix of nature and culture. My Superior room had enough space for one traveller, and I really enjoyed the incredible breakfast. Thanks to the staff.

The fresh air was a good first impression when my family and I arrived for our three-bedroom villa, but inside it was old and covered in spiderwebs. Two rooms were disgusting, with moss all over. One wardrobe had been locked by someone and there was no key. The water dispenser leaked, the sockets were loose, and there weren't nearly enough of them for a villa meant for six people. The phone wasn't working when we tried to call the lobby about the leak. We paid 2 million rupiahs for one night, and it really wasn't worth the price or a three-star rating. At 7 PM, the water stopped while my family was showering. Housekeeping got it running again after we called, but it came out murky and full of algae. How are we supposed to shower with water like that? There wasn't any tissue either, no toilet roll or facial tissue. When we asked, they gave us just one small pack.

The location is the only thing this resort has going for it. It felt too quiet, and the neglected state seems to be management's fault. They said there was a hot pool, but it was only lukewarm, dirty, and half maintained. Even the mosque in front, which used to let travellers rest, has been closed to the public and is now for resort guests only.

The service was good, and our room and its location were both great, with a beautiful mountain view. My family was very happy overall. The one thing that needs fixing is the main bathroom lock, which sometimes locks by itself. Good job 👍👍
