The food was mixed: the tongseng was tasty, but the steak, though tender, didn't taste good. Staff were reasonably helpful, just slower than I expected. The setting itself is nice, but our room had one problem after another. The private pool's sulphur water sometimes stopped flowing, so we had to call a technician while other rooms could swim. Inside, the floor was dirty enough that we swept it ourselves, and there were leaves and dust around the pool. The bed sheets were dirty when we arrived; after we asked for fresh ones, the bed looked better. One PS3 console was broken, and the TV couldn't get channels because its connector was broken. For this price, what we got wasn't worth it. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

We had a lovely time using the private hot spring, especially in the wooden cabin. The place was clean and comfortable, and staff responded quickly and treated us well. The room rate is competitive with similar places and includes a welcome drink, breakfast, and dinner. The restaurant has plenty to choose from, including local and Western dishes at affordable prices. A good option when visiting the Ciater - Subang area.

The concept is nice, but the rooms clearly need better upkeep. Our first room was dirty, smelled of sewage from the bathroom, had broken door handles, and no running sulphur water, so we went looking for another. The second room was better in the bedroom, though the bathroom still wasn't good. There was black mold around the sink and yellow water marks on the ceiling and side walls. Staff were okay, and the workers seemed to be doing what they could with what they had. I can't recommend it.

A pretty view and lovely morning weather made this a nice break from the city's bustle. The room was clean, and the food was above average too. I'd come back soon with family or friends 👍

The tent was dusty and very dirty, and the welcome drink tasted bad. Our bed sagged in the middle and wasn't comfortable. We paid IDR 900.000 a night on promotion, which felt far too expensive for what we got. The room and bathroom were dirty, the bed smelled, and there wasn't a proper table for the TV. Service was bad as well. There were lots of people gathering and it was noisy, so this isn't a calm getaway spot. I wouldn't recommend it.
