It's an easy walk from Sri Ater Hotsprings, and the place can work for solo guests, couples, or families. Still, the service and especially the food left me disappointed. I paid quite a lot to book here, and the service didn't feel worth the price. At breakfast there wasn't much I wanted to eat, so I asked for an omelet. The waitress said it would cost 25rb. Are they serious? I used to like the way this place was run, but now I'm let down and might not choose it again. 😏😏😏

The breakfast service was frustrating: they only started preparing it around 7.30-8.00 AM, and it was over by 9 AM. The only facility was a pool with warm, not hot, water. Getting to the hotel was a struggle. The road is rocky, like a mountain track, and city cars or sedans can't get through. The room floor was sticky, and this was my first time having to mop before entering a resort room. A really bad stay 😓😢😱😅

Wisnu, the security guard, I think, gave the best service. The location is also close to the well-known sari ater hot spring. But the room didn't seem maintained. The hot water wasn't working when I arrived, the toilet flush was broken, there were spiderwebs on the bamboo, and plenty of holes inside the room.

The building isn't well maintained, and for the price the breakfast is really bad.

The rooms were damp and smelled bad, and cleanliness was lacking. They also don't look like the photos. The access road to the hotel is badly damaged, and the swimming pool may only be filled on weekends. It was empty on weekdays.
