I brought my kids for a staycation hoping we'd have a tub to soak in, but when I arrived they asked if I'd booked. I had reserved through Agoda, and the room I got didn't have the soaking tub shown among the facilities. They said switching rooms meant paying again, at the same price as the app. I ended up doing that, but honestly, what was I supposed to do?

The Agoda listing doesn't match what they have there. The accommodation says it can't change what's shown on Agoda. Teu hayang twice, seriously.

They list the price at 400 thousand rupiah, but you can't book online and there are no facilities. Even one star feels too generous.

The mattress was new, which was about the only good thing. The road in is awful, finding food nearby is difficult, and I wouldn't stay here again. The night guard also sang karaoke until 11 pm, which made the place memorable for all the wrong reasons. I first paid 135 thousand for a regular room. It had only a bed and bathroom, with no TV, sofa, AC or fan, wardrobe, or water heater. For that price, I was surprised there was so little. They showed me another room with a bathtub for 300 thousand. That one had a sofa, TV, and tub, but still no water heater, a shame in Ciater's cold weather. Lodging is meant for relaxing, but that was hard to do here. Lwkwk.

Be careful with RedDoorz. The room location they gave me didn't match the one in the app, and they said I'd have to pay the app price to get the place shown there. I felt it was a scam, so don't book through the app.
