We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay, and the staff were warm and helpful from check-in through checkout. Our room had a lovely mountain view and a peaceful feel. It's a very kid-friendly hotel with plenty to keep our little one busy. A few things need attention: the hairdryer didn't work, the AC leaked, and the fridge door wouldn't shut tightly. There was also a typo in the mirror art, so a little more attention to detail would help. The food selection was decent, but the flavors were mild and could use more seasoning.

The room was good, and we got a free upgrade to a Japanese-themed room, though it didn't feel especially special. The buffet needs work: the food didn't taste good, and some dishes, including soto and lontong, had a burnt taste and smell. Please refill the food faster on weekends and holidays too.

The room rates were affordable, even for a suite, and the stay was quite good overall. The hotel has lots of activities for children, and the pool was always lively with kids enjoying the water. We tried dining on the rooftop, where the menu was decent and there was a DJ or live music. The food felt a little expensive for how it tasted. Breakfast was very crowded, especially with families between 7 and 9 AM. Check-in was late, at 3 PM.

I stayed one night for a yoga event at Pringayu Sanctuary, near the hotel. It was a good experience overall, and the staff responded quickly. Recommended for families.

The hotel felt like home throughout, with a clean room and cheerful staff. I liked that the rules weren't rude or harsh. My favorite spot was the smoking area, where I could have a deep talk with my bestie. Thank you!
