The breakfast deserves a mention, there was plenty of it and it tasted good, with different local flavors to choose from. I had a very pleasant few days here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The balloon decorations were mine, and I set them up myself. I only asked the hotel for mirror art, and they did a great job with that. The room was super clean and well maintained, and everyone on staff was warm, genuinely nice, and helpful, which made the stay feel comfortable. Such a satisfying visit, I'd definitely come back 🫶

The room service was a 10/10. I ordered dinner through room service on 4/11/2025, and the guy who brought it was very humble and had such good behavior. The hotel should keep people like him to protect its reputation. The front desk, services, and breakfast were good too, and the people were friendly and humble. That 10/10 is because of the service guy :)

I'd definitely come back because of the people and the top-notch service. Kak Weni was an extremely friendly receptionist who was always ready to help. Pak Rico was kind and a reliable driver who made the journey comfortable, and Pak Idris was a friendly, helpful concierge. My stay was very comfortable, with excellent rooms and facilities. Thank you, Pak Idris, Pak Rico, and Kak Weni for being so helpful and super duper friendly!
