TwoSpaces Living at Zena Mozia

The facilities themselves were excellent for the price, around 100,000 rupiah with an Agoda discount. The sheets smelled nice, the bathroom was clean, the amenities were good, and the AC was very cold. I expected less, honestly. But finding the place late at night was a nightmare. Twospace seems to work as a cluster, but that wasn't made clear. Google Maps took me to the area, yet I couldn't tell which house was the front office. I was on public transport, so after the taxi dropped me there, I had to walk a long way in the rain. I called the number in the booking confirmation and nobody answered. I emailed too and got no response. I spent nearly 30 minutes searching in the rain before I found the office. Then they told me my unit was outside that cluster, quite far away if you don't have a vehicle. I was completely drenched by then, and only after I complained did someone from the front office offer to walk me to it. Please put the exact front office location on Google Maps, explain clearly that Twospace operates in a cluster, and consider guests who rely on public transport and have to walk around without a vehicle. Response times need work too, especially for late night arrivals. The facilities were great, but the check-in was quite traumatic.

A really cozy place to unwind on your own. I stayed two nights, and the room and bathroom were clean. They provided water and towels, and there's a smart TV. The location is convenient, near a minimarket, places to hang out, and food spots.

I booked this for the Suga Concert at ICE BSD. It was a very cheap room, only 1km from ICE, though the walk back is quite far and dark, so if you're alone, I'd get a Grab or Gojek afterward. I think my Single Room was in Blok B, about 200m from the lobby. I was confused at first, but got used to it and felt comfortable. I stayed three days and two nights. It felt a bit like a college dorm, but had everything I needed. The signal in the room was pretty weak. I had to sit by the small window to get better reception, maybe it's the building or the area. I paid 261K IDR for 3D2N, which felt fair to me. I'd think about staying again for another ICE BSD concert, as long as I'm going solo.

I've been coming back to Two spaces since last October 2023. The staff are quick to respond and the service is good. My room feels spacious, and the location is handy for BSD CBD, Aeon, and ICE BSD. The price is fairly affordable compared with other places nearby.
