Apartment Riverview Residence Jababeka RedPartner

I booked through OYO, but security warned me there were lots of scammers and told me to book directly there. I agreed, though the payment went to an individual rather than management, which seemed odd. After I left, I called an OYO agent and eventually met one. They said the room wasn't ready, there were lots of bugs, the AC wasn't working, and so on, then directed me to another hotel. I was already annoyed, so I declined and requested a refund through the OYO app. Later, a Gojek driver told me the hotel was full of crooks and touts. Apparently even security can manipulate room prices, which is crazy. Management doesn't seem to know what's going on. Think twice before staying here.

There's a 24-hour convenience store and a food stall nearby, so basic things are easy to get. The location is strategic, and the place is comfortable enough for a shower and a night's sleep. Some security staff can be unfriendly or dismissive toward residents, though not all of them. Also, one of the three elevators often breaks down, and that can mean long waits.

Hehe, the receptionist should sit at the lobby desk, while security stays by the door.

This is where I live 😝😝. Since it's an apartment, I can't really comment on the rooms or service. The location is excellent, close to everything, with the toll road right next door. There's a 24-hour convenience store and places to eat downstairs. Monthly rent is pretty cheap, and the IPL is still affordable too.
