There were lots of tiny leeches on the bathroom walls. When I checked out, the security guard wouldn’t take the key and told me to hang it on the door, way over on the 23rd floor. What the heck. I had a voucher, but couldn’t use it, and had to wait a day before I could get a room. Even though I was checking in early in the morning, I had to wait for the receptionist to wake up. Oh my.

Everything was awful, from the room to the service. The receptionist had no clue, the elevator wasn’t working properly, the room smelled like cigarettes and the AC didn’t work. Then they suddenly demanded 150,000 Rupiah to be paid on the spot. Hahahaha, scam. I’d planned to have a makeup event in the morning, but the stay turned out to be a dud, so I had to move to another hotel.

Even with TRAVELOKA offering a low rate, I don’t recommend staying here overnight with a partner or family. It feels like a trap: when you go to check in, they ask for another 120 to 150% of the TRAVELOKA price. After you pay, there’s more trouble, the AC stops working and an unpleasant smell hits as soon as you open the room. Be careful, I don’t want to stay there.

I booked late at night, and when I arrived to check in, they said the rooms were full. Then there was suddenly a problem with my room, and I was sent to an unfinished hotel that was like a chicken coop. The staff didn’t show good faith and even told me to move to another room with the same layout. I’d come all that way to rest and got a place that wasn’t suitable. I didn’t care about the money that day.

Odd place. I booked online, but once I arrived they wanted me to pay extra. If I wouldn’t, they said they’d take me to a hotel farther away. I really don’t recommend it.
