The onsen has both indoor and semi-outdoor sections, though there’s no swimming pool. Breakfast is Japanese-influenced, with udon, miso soup, eggs, rice, seaweed and other items. The dining room is dim, and the whole place feels unusually quiet, with people keeping to themselves. I found the building clean and it’s near lippo cikarang. I’d thought I was booking a hotel because I found it on a hotel booking app, but it’s actually an apartment that rents out some rooms like hotel rooms. Be careful about the bed when booking. I chose a deluxe room with a large bed, then the receptionist explained that it was smaller than average and couldn’t fit two people. Since I hadn’t known that, I negotiated and was moved to a room with two beds. I hardly saw any other visitors, just the Japanese expatriates who live there, which made the place feel a bit eerie to me.

I was disappointed to find a parking lot outside my window instead of the lake view described on Agoda, especially since it was my birthday. I’m introverted and not great at talking to people, so I first messaged them through Agoda, but didn’t hear back for a while. In the end I went to speak with the receptionist. They handled it well, and after about an hour I had a different room.

I was waiting to be seated at their Japanese restaurant and had a look around. I haven’t stayed here yet, but I can imagine it working well for a business trip.
