Louis Kienne Hotel & Service Apartment

I wasn’t staying the night, but I appreciate this hotel more than any other I’ve visited. My bus was stuck in traffic after some problem stopped our journey, and I was about to burst with nowhere to relieve myself. I looked around and finally found this hotel. The staff were so helpful and gladly let me use their restroom.

The staff are really friendly and quick to respond. Mr. Dio at reception was especially welcoming. I found the hotel comfortable, with clean rooms and a great view surrounded by tall buildings. It feels luxurious while still being affordable and comfortable, so I recommend it in Cikarang 👍🏻. I’ll definitely come back.

I didn’t expect the rooms to be so small. Maybe the building isn’t ready for use yet: rooms are only on levels 1 and 2, while the rest is still being built, so it’s very dusty. The pool, gym, and basketball court weren’t well maintained. The hotel gives free parking just once, so if you’re staying a few days and drive out several times, you have to pay for parking.

The room was quite spacious, and I loved the bed. The bathroom was clean and had a bathtub, while the big Android TV and cold enough AC were nice too. They had bathroom amenities, a hair dryer, and a safe inside the cupboard. Breakfast is served on GF beside the lobby, with a good variety. I thought it tasted better than the food at several four-star hotels I’ve stayed in, actually tasty, not bland. Great job, Chef! It’s near the toll gate, and this unplanned staycation was paid for at the hotel. After booking, I confirmed with the number listed on Google. You can park in front of the lobby or in the mall parking area. The staff greeted us warmly with smiles when we entered the lobby, and check-in was quick. I had a small problem getting to the room, but the staff were helpful. My husband said staff would escort you to the swimming pool since it’s in the apartment building. I felt good about staying here.
