The apartment has a lot going for it: it’s nicely furnished, there’s an early-opening convenience store around six, fast laundry, comfortable lobby sofas for guests, an adequate gym, a clean pool, an ATM nearby, and a hospital close by. Security staff are friendly, and the place feels very safe. But if you work in the Lippo area and depend on online transport because you don’t drive, mornings can be inconvenient. From 6-8 there’s one-way traffic at the apartment’s only exit. At night, cars on the nearby road sometimes play loud EDM until around midnight. I can’t say if it bothers other residents, but it really disrupts me and makes it hard to fall asleep.
