Santhi Guna Bungalow

We were warmly welcomed, and the accommodation looked great with plenty of storage. The door was easy to lock, too. After an earlier accident left us unable to walk or carry our luggage, the owner came to pick us up and took care of our bags. Roosters were noisy at night, though that wasn’t the owner’s fault. Highly recommended!

Sutapa’s family made our stay feel so warm that I wished we could add another day. His mother, father, and brother were there, and his brother offered us scooters at an affordable price. Sutapa was a great help planning our day, and we visited crystal bay and kelingking. Breakfast felt like a mother’s love, with omelettes, fruit, orange juice, and black coffee that was the best I had on the island. All my buddies enjoyed the stay. Everyone was welcoming, and I liked being close to the harbour, with plenty of dinner and lunch options nearby. Hope to see you soon :)

Prices are quite reasonable, and everything felt easy and comfortable. It’s a lovely place with a really friendly host. The village construction might make it a little tricky to find at first, but it shouldn’t cause much trouble.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, good water pressure, AC, and a balcony. It felt like great value. We had an amazing stay as a couple, and the host made planning activities simple, explained travel times to the beaches, and arranged discounted transport and snorkeling tours. We also rented a reasonably priced scooter. It’s about a five-minute walk from the main road along a dirt track, which gets muddy in rain and has no lights. Having a scooter made that manageable, and getting around the island by scooter seemed important. The manta snorkeling trip was fantastic. I’d recommend it, and renting a scooter if you already have experience riding one.
