Reynten Hill

The staff were lovely, and the pool was clean. There’s a nice view if you can look past the building work. Breakfast was pretty good, and the stay was good value. I had a really lovely three nights here. The bath wasn’t usable because there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it 🤪. The road is manageable if you’re a confident scooter rider.

I’ve never written a review before, but this stay was unbelievable. We tried eating at the hotel bar twice. On the first evening, we ordered chicken nuggets with fries and a pizza. Only the fries arrived, and they said they had no nuggets. We’d finished those by the time they told us there was no kitchen and they couldn’t make the pizza, so we couldn’t get anything else to eat. On the last day, we didn’t have our motorbike and asked if we could have dinner there. They said yes, but the chicken wraps we ordered were bad and overcooked, with meat that wasn’t listed on the menu. We complained after one bite, and he said we still had to pay because we’d ordered it. We argued with the manager for a while. 1 hour The owner was, to me, the most incompetent person I’ve ever met. They treated us terribly, tried to charge more than the reservation price, and took no responsibility for anything. The staff were awful and didn’t know what to tell us. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. Please don’t go, I’m serious.

The staff’s warm smiles and hospitality really stood out to us, beyond the hotel facilities. They’re genuinely kind and helpful. We especially want to thank Santi for all her help and that big, beautiful smile. We’re so glad we got to meet her. That kind of care is what adds real value to a place.

The sea view from our room was breathtaking, and the whole property was spotless, especially the rooms. The bathroom was modern and well maintained, which made our two-day stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. They suggested places to explore, arranged a scooter rental, booked a taxi for airport pickup and drop-off, and, at my request, organized a speed boat to Sanur. Shanti was especially helpful and polite throughout, and her care made the stay feel personal. Highly recommended for a relaxing visit with great service and a stunning sea view.
