The location is handy for the highway, Jababeka Industrial Parks and Residence, and some universities, and it may be one of the cheaper properties. But the place is poorly managed and the service is awful. It was jointly developed by state-owned construction company PT.PP and private company Jababeka.

I checked out, and just an hour later my lost item still wasn't returned. Owner, please retrain the employees. They shouldn't cheat or extort people, since that can hurt the owner or manager too.

The staff were rude and curt, and they need retraining. Watch out for the different ways they may try to extort you. Parking felt like a trap: I wasn't given a card, then when I tried to leave they said I'd lost it and demanded a fine. Staff also tried to extort money over the room when I ordered offline at the property.
