The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the quality seemed good. But I booked a double room through Traveloka and was told that room type was fully booked, so they moved me to a room with two single beds and charged a little extra. The extra amount wasn't much, but I still expected to get what I had booked. Looking at other reviews, it seems the app price may not match what guests are asked to pay. Maybe the listed price should be higher so discounts on the app don't leave it short. Thank you.

There are places to eat nearby and an Indomaret, which makes the location handy. The small bathroom had centipedes, but the place still felt safe and comfortable. Wi-Fi is available, though it often cuts out, kind of like my boyfriend, just kidding. Yesterday, a lot of guys were hanging around outside the room and making noise. You can hear it because the room isn't soundproof. Also, when the staff member brought our change, he leaned his head into the room to look around. We thought that was rude.

We booked and paid, but were turned away because they said the rooms were full and they no longer worked with agoda. We showed the booking confirmation and explained, but they still refused us. What kind of fraud is this? Apparently the place is also rented out as a boarding house.

I paid for a reservation on Tuesday, then got turned away as soon as I arrived because the hotel was supposedly full. Other people seem to have run into the same thing. Please follow up on this. The building looks good from outside and the hotel is new, but the service was really bad. I'm very disappointed.
