The location made it easy to find food, with Alun-Alun nearby and Plaza Sudirman right across the street. The hotel is accessible and centrally located. I stayed for 2 nights with a very early check-in. The room was nice and clean, with enough space for 2 people, and there was a qibla direction too. Shout out to Mbak Maya, Pak Teguh, Pak Yudha, and all the staff for being friendly and helpful.

The staff gave excellent service and were professional throughout my stay. I booked two Standard Double rooms: one faced the city and was bright, comfortable, and quite nice. The other looked onto the hallway and was much less pleasant, with dampness, poor lighting, and a strong cigarette smell.

Mbak Devi at reception was so friendly and helpful. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends and family in Malaysia.

The location is nice and the staff are friendly. It's okay for a budget hotel, but it would be much nicer if they cleaned more carefully. There were blood spots on the sheets and fingerprints all over the doors and walls, so I felt like I had to wash my hands every time I touched something. More disciplined management processes would help.

The towels were dirty and moldy, and the mattresses were dirty too. I wouldn't go near this place. It isn't a hotel and doesn't deserve to be called one.
