Breakfast was below what I expected, with uneven flavors and food that felt pretty average. The staff's excellent service helped make up for it, though. I had a nice short stay at Aston Boutique Cilegon last week, largely because everyone was so warm and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant team and other staff. I also got a complimentary upgrade from a Junior Suite Standard to a Junior Suite with a bathtub. The tub had a fun Japanese-style wooden design, and they provided a bath bomb. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities, open access to TV services, and a fairly well-equipped kitchenette. The tablet used to contact the hotel was a little confusing at first. A bathroom air freshener or aromatherapy might also help with the humidity. The location is convenient, close to the mall and lots of food options, and I'd consider staying again.

I came for a business trip without expecting much, but the service really went beyond that. The team seemed to know what we needed and took care of it before we had to ask. Ms. Keysha deserves a special mention for being attentive and professional. She made the trip smoother and more pleasant. It's a well-run hotel with staff who understand good service.

The room was cozy, clean, and quiet enough for a proper sleep, a bit of downtime, or thinking about all the responsibilities waiting for me. The food was so good that my plan to have “just a little” didn't last long. My plate somehow kept filling up, and I'm still trying to work out how. The service was warm and efficient, and the staff treated me so much like a VIP that I just went along with it. I had such a comfortable stay that for a moment I thought about canceling all my plans and moving in. Kakak Dara was especially friendly, professional, and ready to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable 🙏🤗

The gym and swimming pool are really good, and all the facilities worked well for a stay. I also liked being able to order food that wasn't listed on the menu. It's a nice change when you get bored with the usual options. Thanks to Dara for recommending this survey.

I've booked the private room, Tapas Lounge, for events twice now, and both times were a great experience. It's super clean, the staff are really helpful, and the food is always amazing.
