There’s a pool and air conditioning, and the staff are friendly, though the service is just so-so. Breakfast is available at the restaurant, with bread, butter, juice, rice and vegetables, mie, and nasi goreng. The room has a cupboard and toiletries, and the bathroom works, but it needs a proper clean. I wouldn’t use their towels, they didn’t look thoroughly washed, so bring your own.

The hotel sign is easy to miss if you haven’t been here before, and the atmosphere didn’t feel very good, especially staying alone. For what I paid, the room felt old and in need of renovation.

The parking area is small, but the room is spacious. It’s one of the oldest hotels in town and has been kept up well. The hot water still works, and the air conditioning gets very cold.

I visited about 3 years ago, and the rooms and service were terrible then. It’s been renovated since, so I hope the accommodation and service are better now.
