The receptionist didn't seem to care at all. They said we were at fault for booking a room at this property because it's an apartment. The room looked like it belonged in a postwar country. There was no light, it smelled bad, and cigarettes were everywhere. The curtain, bed, sink, and sofa were broken. There was no customer service at all. Don't stay here. I mean it, don't.

Damn it, the TikTok review made this place look so good and luxurious. Once we got into the room, it absolutely wasn't worth renting. The bathroom was filthy, with broken items stored in it like a warehouse. The TV didn't work, there was no drinking water or toiletries, and nobody responded when we asked for them. Do they even intend to run this business? So many people regret staying here and feel uncomfortable.

For 400,000 IDR, this was a total loss, and parking was as much as 60,000 IDR a day! The place was noisy every night, with people sounding drunk. The mattress hurt and its springs creaked. The TV wouldn't turn on either. The room stank, there were lots of ants, and the bathroom was unusable. The toilet was mossy and rusty. The mattress, blankets, and sheets smelled awful, and looked like they hadn't been washed in months. I'm sorry I stayed here.
