My kids had a great time here, and the hotel crew were very welcoming. We didn't expect to find a little waterpark on site, included for hotel guests even though it should cost Rp45,000/person. The water was fairly clean, not perfect but fine for us, and the kids had loads of fun. We couldn't use the big slides because they only open around 9:30 AM. Hopefully they can open them earlier next time. Parking doesn't cost anything, though you have to scan the ticket barcode at reception. There was lots of space, inside the shophouse complex. We'd like to stay here again.

For the price, room, and breakfast, this is the best hotel I've experienced. Give the breakfast a try, it's hard to compare with other places.

Water doesn't drain well in the bathroom, especially around the bottom of the toilet. Still, it's okay for a 2.5-star hotel.

I was let down by the front desk. There were a few communication mix-ups, and I hope the staff improve. I also can't figure out why my room cost more than my relative's when we booked the same type. The rest was pleasant. The room was clean, the restaurant was good, and the pool was large, clean, and had big slides. The restaurant and room-service staff, along with the bellboy, were all nice. It's a good place to relax.

Greenotel, thanks for a really clean room and a tasty breakfast. There was bread, cereal, salad, fried rice, roast chicken, eggs, and plenty more. The pool is large too. It's nice to find five-star quality at a low price. I hope the hotel keeps improving, and brings down the cost of room-service food.
