The staff really stood out on my first trip to this area. I left my wedding ring behind, and they contacted me and kept it safe until I came back a week later to collect it. I truly thought it was gone for good. The room was comfortable and the location handy, too. I had a great stay, and would happily come back. The staff are kind, responsible, and honest.

I stayed in a bunk bed room and it was still hot even though the AC was set to 25°. A cockroach also came out of the bathroom. If you arrive in the afternoon or evening, the only nearby food choices are KFC and Indomaret.

We slept really well, had a great breakfast, and checkout was seamless. The hotel is near the ferry and mall, with 24-hour Indomart and KFC/CFC for anyone hungry. The staff were great, and suggested Booking.com or Traveloka for future reservations. We arrived from the ferry at 9:30 pm and had trouble finding the entrance, though we asked for directions along the way. Our booking and confirmation were made on the website, but there were no rooms available when we got there. The front desk communication wasn't great, which made for a few anxious moments. Then Mr Zonvvri, the hotel manager, arrived and sorted it out. He gave us a double room and a dormitory room, with many apologies. Thank you, sir, you saved us. This is what hospitality should be.
