There were ants throughout the house, even in the bedrooms, and we also found lots of caterpillars crawling inside. 😭🤮 The house itself was okay, with parking for three cars. The elevated location gives it a decent view. The shower leaked, and although we reported it, it wasn’t fixed before we checked out on the last day. The water heater also broke during the ceremony. The small shower was hard to use for istinja after defecating, which made bathing and ablution a chore. For a Sharia villa, the facilities should be adequate, since cleanliness is part of faith. There was no other amenity beyond internet and TV. Loose parquet flooring hurt our feet and could cause an injury. It seems guests have complained about it since January, but it still hadn’t been repaired after a year.

We paid high season rates for Christmas and had more than 20 people, yet for two nights we got only two gallons of Aqua water. The service was minimal and responses were slow. The water heater was small, and the shower flow was weak. The bathroom was poorly maintained and leaking. The floor was coming apart, painful underfoot, and dangerous. Caterpillars, centipedes, and ants were also crawling into the room.

The service felt far from the Sharia ideal of honoring guests. We paid more for the holiday season and booked a place for a large family gathering, but it was disappointing. Several things weren’t explained when we made the agreement, and what we got didn’t match what we paid for or expected. They should consider dropping the Sharia title because the way they conduct their dealings doesn’t fit it. There were lots of ants and worms, even getting into the bedrooms, so cleanliness needs attention. 😨🥵 The shower flow was weak and it leaked. We complained, but it wasn’t repaired. That made it hard to use the toilet for istinja, bathe, and clean up. There were also worms and pieces of flooring coming loose. The floor hurt our feet and could cause cuts, and it would be dangerous for older people who might fall. The internet was slow and kept disconnecting, unlike the information we were given.

The place has all the facilities you need. Recommended for a family vacation.
