Collection O 93732 Villa Opung

They apparently haven’t worked with Oyo for a year, but the money was transferred. Be careful if you’re thinking of booking through the Oyo app.

I wouldn’t recommend staying overnight or coming here to unwind. The karaoke music from the restaurant is really disturbing, and the area is prone to landslides. 👎

Be careful booking this accommodation through the Oyo app. I made the booking and transferred the payment, but when I arrived, they said they no longer worked with the app and called it a scam. They said I’d have to pay another 700 thousand rupiah to stay overnight.

After traveling five hours on a narrow, steep road, we arrived to find the property fully booked, even though we had booked and paid through the app a week earlier. Management said the app was unfair to the property and that they weren't responsible for app bookings. That’s a terrible way to handle it, especially with the location so far away. I’d think twice before coming, particularly given the other comments about unprofessional management. The manager has a lot to learn about running a rental properly. The way we were treated made the trip not worth it. 👎👎
