The guards were so helpful and kind. They shared useful information, helped me rent a motorbike, and even helped me take the bus to Bandung. At reception, Yuniar and another receptionist whose name I sadly forgot were both friendly, caring and professional. Yuniar gave me an excellent room and helped with local information, transport and how to use the buses. Their kindness made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere and great service. Highly recommended!

I arrived for my first stay around 1:00 a.m., and the staff were friendly and very helpful, which was a good start. The food tasted good, but by about 8:30 a.m. at breakfast it had run out and wasn’t replenished. I let a staff member know, but nothing was done. That was disappointing. Thanks.

The roof has a beautiful view, and the regular view is great too. Breakfast is very good, the pool and bathroom are clean, and every staff member was helpful and friendly. On the downside, parking is narrow and the main road makes it noisy. The rooms need repairs and redecorating, and they get hot during the day with no AC.

I stayed here in February 2021 and would happily come back. The price felt very worthwhile, and the hotel was really nice overall. My room had an outstanding view, and it was cold. The room was quite clean, the TV was fantastic, and the food was great. Service was a little slow at times.

The cooler air, good view and clean room made our two-night stay enjoyable. Breakfast was impressive for both the selection and amount. It really is noisy, but cozy, just like the motto says.
