Booking through Traveloka was a mess. The admin didn't get back to us until 8 PM, and the check-in reply was so slow that we'd already booked somewhere else. They wouldn't refund us either. Terrible!

The quiet neighborhood was just what we needed for a break from Jakarta. It feels like staying at a relative's house since it's in a residential complex, but that was fine, and the price felt worthwhile. The house is still in good shape, with a water heater, dispenser, kitchen supplies, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. It's peaceful without feeling spooky, and the kids can run around or play ball on the grassy field and roads. The mini market is a bit far, near the complex entrance, so it's better to stop there before checking in. There's a pool in the complex too, though you have to pay extra to use it. Lots of snacks around, just bring plenty of cash 😁

The view from this rear-facing block is pretty nice, with open space in front and beside it, so it doesn't feel as boxed in as other villas in the housing complex. The place was so comfortable I forgot to take room photos, but the pictures on Traveloka match what we found. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the sheets, pillows, and blankets were clean, comfortable, and in good condition. I was happy we stayed here with my family. The surroundings are quiet too. We'll come back. Keep it up, Citrus house.

It feels cool and peaceful here, away from the crowds and neighbors. The villa is comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the price is worth it.
