We stayed for just six hours before continuing on to hike Mt.Gede. The place was nice and clean, but the water heater didn't work properly.

The pool outside is available for guests, and the cute room design gave me a few head bumps, lol. The hot water wasn't working while we were there, which is rough when you're bathing in the mountains. Getting anywhere takes a bit of a trip, and it seemed somewhat busy at night.

I booked the wrong date because the system moved too quickly. It was booked for today, but I needed May 22nd-23rd. I asked customer service for help, but getting an answer was difficult. This was on May 17th. By the afternoon of May 18th, the manager still hadn't replied. What a shame. I'll just let the 260 thousand go. I'm giving the service one star in the hope that the manager will pay more attention to others who run into the same problem.
