The location is good, and it's quiet, with a clean room and a nice balcony view. I would have rated it 4 or 5 if not for a couple of small problems. I checked in with my family around 10 PM. After my son showered, I went to take one, but there was no hot water. It seemed we might have had to wait another hour, which would mean midnight or 1 AM. Also, the bathroom clothes hanger suddenly fell down with all my clothes on it.
