Our family of 11 came from Australia on the 23rd of Dec and settled into De CINTA comfortably. Aries, the properties Caretaker, greeted us and was there at any hour to help with questions or anything we needed. The place had just been renovated, so we were among the first families to enjoy the updates. From the moment I walked through the entry gate, I was gobsmacked. We felt at home for almost two weeks, and the whole family hated leaving. We'll definitely book again. The location was perfect and easy to get around from. The villa has six bedrooms, two downstairs and four upstairs, with ensuites in four of them. There are two living areas, a private pool, and a full kitchen with appliances. Daily housekeeping is available if required, and a chef can make an amazing breakfast on request. The staff and Aries were attentive throughout. Our stay was PERFECT!!!

The location worked well, with most places about a 15-minute walk away, and the pool was clean and tidy. The villa itself was clean too, but it needs maintenance and updating. The beds were uncomfortable, the linen looked marked and not as fresh as you'd expect, and the Wi-Fi was really bad. The kitchen sink leaked. It was okay overall, but I wouldn't recommend the villa or come back.

The area has recently been renovated and updated, and looks amazing. Only issue is the Wi-Fi can be slow upstairs.

Street food and convenience stores are close by, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The villa itself was beautiful and clean, in a quiet private complex. It's farther from Kuta's main street than I'd like, but taxis and gojek rides to and from Legian and Seminyak are very cheap.
